In order to confirm your reservation
Thanks very much for your preference. In order to reserve your room we only request the payment in advance of the first day of your stay at “Cusipata River Lodge”. You can do this payment electronically with your VISA credit card with all the security offered by Verified by VISA. This transaction is subject to Peruvian taxes and service costs that increase your payment in 8.7%.
Modification of reservation and cancellation policy
Should your plans change, we are dedicated to accommodating modifications to the best of our ability.
In the event of a cancellation, please do contact us at least 7 (seven) days before of the established arrival date to receive a refund. The refund will deduct the costs of Peruvian taxes and service costs.
Cancellation requests that occur within less than 6 (six) days before the established arrival date are not eligible for refund and will be considered no shows.
Documentation
Passengers must carry a valid passport, or travel document according to their nationality, according to the legal norms required by Peru.
Execution of the reimbursement of the Lodging:
Refunds or extorns, for cancellations requested by the passenger, will be made within 30 working days after receiving the passenger’s request. The refund will be affected by the penalties corresponding to each case.
No claim can be considered as validly made, if it was made after 60 days from the end of the contracted tourist service.
Responsibility and Obligation
The obligation for services not provided due to the negligence of “Cusipata River Lodge” or our staff will be limited to the actual cost of the services omitted and excludes all resulting consequences or indirect costs.
In such an eventual case “Cusipata River Lodge” will make its best effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, subject to availability.
Passengers accept that “Cusipata River Lodge” has no responsibility for not providing the services offered in the event of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that cannot be foreseen. Likewise, it recognizes that there will be no responsibility, in case of political movements, strikes or any other public act out of the control of “Cusipata River Lodge”, that could not be foreseen. In these cases, the value of the contracted service will not be reimbursable.
The passenger accepts that “Cusipata River Lodge”, as an intermediary of tourist services companies, has neither obligation nor responsibility for the loss, damage or injury sustained in relation to the services and lodgings provided by the railways, bus operators, local tourist companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging means. All these services operate under the laws of the country, subject to the regulations that the relevant authorities provide.
“Cusipata River Lodge” will provide to the passenger all the confirmations of reservations through the e-mail of the passenger consigned in the form of reservation.
To confirm your Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed by e-mail with a reservation code through: info@cusipatariverlodge.com
For booking where the guests are in Peru: The reservations will be confirmed with the prepayment of at least the first night by a bank deposit. Request the information required to make a reservation. Failure to prepay your reservation may be canceled.
For foreing guest who are out of Peru: The reservations will be confirmed with the prepayment of at least the first night by Western Union or PayPal. Request the information required to make a reservation. failure to prepay yout reservation may be canceled.
“Accllasinn Cusco” provides a shuttle service included on your rate. To request this service, the guests must send and e-mail to info@cusipatariverlodge.com with the arrival deatils: air company or airline, flight number and arrival timne at least 24 hours before. in case of delays, changes or cancelllations on your trip the guest should inmmediately inform with the new date, otherwise the pick up service may not be realized.
if you cancel a reservation before 05 days there not be charges, if you cancel your booking after 5 days, we will charge you an amount equal to the first night.
For No-Show cases the penality is equla to the first night.
We accept changes and/or modifications to your booking at least 10 days prior your arrival date and the changes subject to availability.
Extra bed is only available in suite room and has an additional charge of $20.00 per night.
Additional crib is available only insome rooms, ask before booking. The additional charge for crib is $15.00 per night.
Children under 5 years do not pay when shraing thea bed with their parents.

- Check Out time: 10:00 am.
Buffet breakfast time: 6:00 to 9:30 am. if you leave before 6:00 am. the hostel offers a box lunch included in the rate (ask for box lunch the night before).
Wireless Internet is free and available in all areas.
Smoking is not permited in this hostel.
Pets are no allowed.
